Return and Refund Policy
At Buy Coffee Colombia, we want your order to arrive in good condition and match what you purchased.
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or opened products, except in the situations described below.
Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
You may contact us for a replacement or refund if:
- Your order arrives damaged during shipping
- You receive the wrong product
- Your product arrives defective or spoiled
- Your order arrives incomplete
Timeframe to Report a Problem
To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 8 calendar days of the delivery date.

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, wrong item, or shipping label when applicable
This helps us review your case quickly and accurately.
Resolution Options
If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement of the same product
- A replacement with another product of equal value
- A full or partial refund, depending on the situation
The solution offered will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Return Shipping
In most approved cases involving damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrect items, the customer will not be required to return the product unless we specifically request it.
If a return is required and the issue was our responsibility, we will explain the next steps.
Non Returnable Cases
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Taste preference
- Orders placed with incorrect product selection, quantity, or shipping information by the customer
- Products that have been opened or consumed, unless there is a verified quality issue
- Requests submitted more than 8 calendar days after delivery
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
