At Buy Coffee Colombia, we are committed to shipping your order quickly, safely, and with reliable tracking.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and other selected international destinations available at checkout.

Available shipping countries may vary depending on FedEx coverage, customs requirements, and destination restrictions.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Time

We currently ship orders with FedEx Priority.

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on your shipping destination and order value.

  • United States, Canada, and Mexico: FedEx Priority shipping costs $19.99 USD. Orders of $100.00 USD or more qualify for free FedEx Priority shipping.
  • Europe and other international destinations: FedEx Priority shipping costs $24.99 USD. Orders of $150.00 USD or more qualify for free FedEx Priority shipping.

The final shipping cost and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

If FedEx cannot deliver to a specific address or destination, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery address or to review the available options for your order.

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs clearance procedures may affect delivery times and are outside the control of Buy Coffee Colombia.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment online.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We will review the case with the shipping carrier and work to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Orders Marked as Delivered

If a shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building staff, your local courier office, or the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will help you investigate the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
Some products may be unavailable in certain destinations due to shipping or import restrictions.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
